This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for services provided through the Zajel AI platform.
1. Prepaid Credits & Wallet Balance
All prepaid credits and wallet deposits are final and non-refundable. Wallet balances do not expire and can be used for any Zajel services at any time. If you experience technical issues where a transaction failed but your account was charged, please contact billing@zajel.ai within 30 days of the transaction for investigation and adjustment.
2. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
For recurring subscription plans (e.g., Campaign Manager monthly plans), you can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
3. Disputes & Billing Errors
If you believe there has been an error in your billing or an incorrect charge applied to your account, you must notify us in writing at billing@zajel.ai within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review the dispute and resolve it in accordance with our terms of service.
4. Physical Goods & Shipments (Returns)
As Zajel AI provides digital APIs and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, there are no physical goods or shipments. Consequently, return policies for physical goods do not apply to Zajel services.
